Job summary

KALCON is seeking an experienced Planning and Delivery Manager (Owner's Representative) for data center construction with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on on-site schedule leadership, field validation, and coordination with GC schedulers and vendors to ensure timely turnover.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in field-based construction roles, with strong Primavera P6 experience and risk assessment capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Validate contractor schedules against field conditions and actual construction activities.
• Lead on-site planning, look-ahead reviews, contractor coordination meetings, and superintendent planning sessions.
• Review and analyze schedule changes, delays, recovery strategies, and critical path activities.
• Coordinate with project controls, commissioning teams, contractors and vendors to ensure schedule priorities support turnover milestones.
• Prepare weekly schedule reports, milestone updates, and risk summaries for leadership.
