Job summary

KALCON is seeking an experienced Scheduler/Planning & Delivery Manager (Owner's Representative) to lead on-site scheduling for data center construction in Tulsa, OK. The role requires field leadership, schedule validation, and coordination with GC schedulers and trades to ensure milestones are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in large-scale construction, strong Primavera P6 skills, and the ability to travel as needed to support projects, including tenant-representation or developer-delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 5+ years in field-based construction scheduling or related roles.
• Experience with construction means, methods, sequencing, site logistics, and turnover.
• Experience coordinating with GC schedulers, superintendents and contractors.
• Ability to identify schedule risks, critical path, and recovery plans.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; travel on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active on-site presence to validate contractor schedules against field conditions.
• Collaborate with GC schedulers, superintendents, and trades to evaluate sequencing and readiness.
• Walk the site regularly to identify risks, conflicts, and material shortages.
• Provide feedback to leadership on schedule health and field performance.
• Own and maintain owner's view of the project schedule with updates.
• Review Primavera P6 schedules for logic, float, and milestones.
• Analyze changes, delays, recovery strategies, and critical path impacts.
• Coordinate weekly planning meetings and contractor coordination sessions.
• Track EUP equipment, vendor activities, and long-lead items.
• Support integration of commissioning and turnover milestones.
• Align schedules with commissioning and startup milestones for operational readiness.
• Monitor readiness for system startup, turnover, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with project controls, commissioning teams, and vendors to ensure schedule priorities.
