Job summary

KALCON is seeking an Owner's Representative to lead pre-development for mission-critical data center projects in the United States. You will drive schedule certainty, cost predictability, and speed-to-market while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading site selection, due diligence, entitlement and permitting, coordinating utilities and infrastructure planning, and managing consultants to align scope and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years leading large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of data center development and utility requirements.
• Excellent project management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner's Representative for pre-development of mission-critical data center projects.
• Lead planning efforts to achieve schedule certainty, cost predictability, and speed-to-market.
• Lead site selection, due diligence, entitlement, and permitting activities.
• Coordinate utility providers and infrastructure planning.
• Manage consultants and align stakeholders on scope and risks.
