KALCON is seeking a field‑oriented Planning & Delivery Manager to lead on-site scheduling for data center construction projects in Lebanon, IN. You will validate contractor schedules, coordinate with general contractors, and support turnover to operations.

This role requires Primavera P6 expertise, strong communication, and the ability to travel to sites as needed. You will integrate planning with commissioning milestones and ensure readiness for startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in field-based construction scheduling or delivery roles.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 for schedule development and validation.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and turnover readiness.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, subs, and trade partners.
• Ability to identify risks and communicate impacts to leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; willing to travel onsite.

Responsabilités

• Maintain on-site presence to validate contractor schedules against field conditions.
• Evaluate sequencing, crew loading, and readiness with GC schedulers and subs.
• Walk the project to identify risks and coordinate recovery actions.
• Provide feedback on schedule health and field performance to leadership.
• Own and maintain the owner's view of the project schedule.
• Review Primavera P6 schedules for logic, float, and milestones.
• Coordinate weekly planning, look-ahead reviews, and turnover milestones.
• Prepare weekly schedule reports and risk summaries for stakeholders.
