Job summary

KALCON is seeking an experienced Scheduler / Planning & Delivery Manager to lead on-site schedule, planning, and delivery for mission-critical data center projects. You will validate field progress, coordinate with GC schedulers, and drive readiness through commissioning and turnover.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in complex construction, strong Primavera P6 skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 5+ years of experience on commercial/industrial/mission-critical or large-scale construction projects in field-based roles.
• Proven experience using Primavera P6 to develop and validate construction schedules.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, site logistics, procurement, turnover.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, superintendents, subcontractors, and trade partners to validate scheduling.
• Ability to identify schedule risks, analyze critical path, and communicate impacts to teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site presence to validate contractor schedules and field progress.
• Work with GC schedulers and trade partners to evaluate sequencing and readiness.
• Walk the site to identify schedule risks and productivity issues before milestones.
• Provide feedback on schedule health and contractor planning assumptions.
• Own the owner's view of the project schedule and align with field progress.
• Review Primavera P6 schedules, logic, float, and recovery plans for alignment.
• Coordinate weekly planning, look-ahead reviews, and turnover milestones.
• Ensure schedules align with commissioning and turnover objectives.
• Prepare weekly schedule reports and risk summaries for leadership.
