Job summary

KALCON seeks a Scheduling Manager (Owner's Representative) to oversee GC schedules on a data center build, with hybrid remote flexibility and 25–50% travel to Fayetteville, GA. The role focuses on auditing Primavera P6 schedules, establishing repeatable scheduling practices, and delivering data-driven milestones to leadership.

Ideal candidates have PMP-like rigor, strong MS Office skills, and a background in construction management or engineering. Data center experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling and MS Office tools.
• Strong understanding of schedule baselines, updates, and reporting.
• Experience with data center projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit GC Primavera P6 schedules for accuracy and client compliance.
• Develop a national, repeatable scheduling framework and templates.
• Track milestones and provide data-driven updates to leadership.
• Perform baseline and progress audits; conduct weekly focused audits.
• Monitor OFCI deliveries and coordinate with superintendents and subs.
• Conduct DCMA checks and analyze schedule variance and risks.
• Standardize L1/L2 milestones and ensure logical critical paths.
• Translate and update schedule sequences to PDFs for visuals.
• Participate in training and policy development for scheduling.
• Support planning and sequencing from concept to commissioning.
