Qualifications

• 3–15 years of data center operations or similar with direct customer interaction.
• Hands-on fiber optic cabling experience: single-mode & multi-mode, LC, fan-outs, structured cabling.
• Experience with optical testing and transport troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication for customer-facing interactions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of work at customer data centers and co-locs; provide feedback to technicians.
• Interact with customers via ticketing tools and in person; deliver clear reports and updates.
• Assist with fiber installation, decommissioning, break/fix, remediation and migration activities.
• Conduct and/or supervise optical testing and troubleshooting using meters, sources, VFLs, OTDRs.
• Deliver services by interpreting and executing MoPs, engineering documents, vendor docs, network diagrams.
• Read cut sheets and network designs to ensure correct port connections and cable management.
