Qualifications

• 3–15 years of experience in data center operations or similar technical environment with customer interaction.
• Strong hands‑on experience with connectorized fiber optic cabling (single-mode & multi-mode).
• Experience with optical testing and transport troubleshooting.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of work at customer data centers and provide feedback.
• Interact with customers via ticketing tools or in person, providing clear reports and updates.
• Assist with fiber installation, decommissioning, break/fix, and migrations across data center environments.
• Perform and supervise optical testing using meters, light sources, VFLs, OTDRs, and test sets.
• Interpret procedures, engineering documents, vendor docs, and network diagrams for accurate execution.
• Read cut sheets and network designs to ensure correct port connections and cable management.
