Job summary

You will diagnose hardware and network issues, perform repairs, and participate in on-call rotations to keep services available for customers. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, supporting data center equipment, and traveling between active sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience.
• 2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking experience and repair.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix, and troubleshoot network issues to maintain AWS service availability.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders including engineers, developers, vendors and contractors.
• Perform on-call duties and participate in maintenance and change management activities.
