Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic OS storage troubleshooting and RAID configuration skills.
• Hardware troubleshooting and storage hardware upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal ticketing system to provide customer support.
• Perform OS installs, PXE deployments, firmware updates, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide hardware support and upgrades for servers and storage devices.
• Install networking gear and cabling, including switches and firewalls.
• Complete customer maintenance requests including device mounting and cabling.
