Responsibilities

• Monitor internal ticketing system and provide customer support.
• Perform storage troubleshooting and hardware upgrades.
• Support servers running Windows Server, RHEL, Ubuntu, and VMware ESX.
• Perform basic OS installs and network configuration tasks.
• Install/maintain network cabling and devices (switches, firewalls, load balancers).
• Assist with cabling, rack mounting, and device deployments.
