Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience.
• 2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking experience.
• Willingness to travel to active data center sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performing server rack installations and hardware break-fix on components.
• Troubleshooting network issues and responding to operational incidents.
• Carrying out routine repairs to contribute to service availability.
• Serving as primary contact for engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Participating in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance and change management.
