Netrality Data Centers is seeking a Data Center Technician to maintain and monitor critical infrastructure across a 24/7/365 facility, supporting both colocation customers and tenants. You will respond to alerts, follow escalation procedures, and help ensure reliable power, cooling, and security.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of data center experience or related technical field preferred.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Industry certifications or associate degree in a technical area preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Critical Facilities Monitoring System and respond to alerts.
• Provide support for local and international colocation customers 24/7/365.
• Process customer requests via a web-based ticketing system and coordinate resources.
• Assist in deployments and facility expansions in line with sales activity.
• Carry out hourly facility walkthroughs and readings of electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Support physical security monitoring and access control systems.
• Perform routine operational tasks and handle equipment safely.
• Manage deliveries, inventory, and log all events and tickets.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Assist in planning deployments and future facility growth.
