Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of data center experience or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Critical Facilities Monitoring System and address alarm events.
• Provide top-tier physical and remote customer support for colocation clients 24/7/365.
• Assist with customer support requests via a web-based ticketing system.
