Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience or a Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities, mission critical plants, or production facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, assign, and manage data center trouble tickets.
• Lead a diverse team of data center operation professionals across locations.
• Develop career paths for employees and manage staffing updates.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Oversee day-to-day data center operations including queue management and 7/24 shift arrangements.
• Act as subject matter expert across data center operations and drive KPI attainment.
• Drive process improvements, technology innovation, and automation.
• Manage large-scale outages and coordinate responses.
• Define and oversee policies and procedures to meet SLAs.
