Qualifications

2+ years of in a data center technology role experience.
2+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators.
Manage the performance of a diverse team of data center operation professionals across locations.
Develop career paths for employees and update internal tools.
Recruit and train data technicians to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Oversee day-to-day data center operations, including queue management and 24/7 shift arrangements.
Act as subject matter expert across all aspects of data center operations.
Ensure operational KPIs and metrics are tracked and met.
Drive process improvements, technology innovations, and automation.
Lead large-scale events/outages and serve as the call leader.
Improve workflows and throughput for data center operations.
Document and oversee policies and procedures to meet SLAs.
