Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience or a relevant degree.
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities.
• 2+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators.
• Manage the performance of diverse teams across locations.
• Developing Career Paths for employees and updating internal tools.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
• Oversee day-to-day data center operations, queue management and 24/7 shifts.
• Become SME across all aspects of data center operations.
• Ensure operational KPIs and metrics are met.
• Drive improvement in team processes, technology and automation.
• Manage Large Scale Events (outages) and act as call leader.
• Improve workflows and throughput for data center operations.
• Document policies and procedures to meet SLAs.
• Maintain on-call schedule and coordinate absences.
• Commit to high service quality and customer experience.
