Qualifications

• 10+ years work experience in data centers.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Supervisory experience across multiple sites.
• Ability to travel to locations throughout the United States.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, scalability, and resilience across data center operations.
• Lead a team of Facility Managers and regional staff across multiple sites.
• Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and cost control for operations.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics to ensure service quality.
• Manage vendor contracts and performance to meet agreed terms.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct audits as needed.
