Qualifications

• 10+ years work experience in data centers.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Travel to locations throughout the United States.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives and operational plans for data center operations.
• Lead a team of Facility Managers and regional staff across multiple sites.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and budgets; manage risks and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure security and reliability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in data center operations.
• Engage with senior management, clients, partners, and vendors to align expectations.
