Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Data Center Operations Director in Charlotte, NC to lead a team delivering critical infrastructure services for client data centers. You will drive uptime, staff development, and engineering strategy while managing performance and client satisfaction.

The role requires deep experience with electrical/mechanical systems, building management platforms, and strong communication skills to interface with executives and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience leading teams in a data center environment.
• Extensive electrical, mechanical & plumbing knowledge for commercial facilities with strong data center operations background.
• Technically proficient in Building Management Systems, Life Safety Systems, CMMS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client data center properties and staff to ensure uptime and service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day performance of the assigned team within service levels and processes.
• Monitor metrics and report cost savings and value contributions to executives.
• Support strategic planning with the Account Director to identify portfolio opportunities and savings.
• Maintain interfaces with stakeholders and ensure contract compliance and reporting.
