Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Operations Manager for Data Centers in Akron, OH. The role focuses on daily infrastructure operation, maintenance, and team leadership to ensure 100% uptime and SLA compliance.

You will manage engineering support for SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs, oversee preventative maintenance, and coordinate with clients and vendors while monitoring budgets and KPI metrics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in facilities operations, maintenance, and engineering management/supervision.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent or technical training/degree.
• Preferred: Operating Engineer or other applicable licenses; Universal CFC’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day data center infrastructure operation and maintenance.
• Provide supervision and direction to maintenance teams for critical facilities.
• Manage budget, vendor/contracts, and KPI tracking for assigned facilities.
• Ensure compliance with processes, regulations, and client requirements.
