Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Lead - Data Center Services to oversee both physical and virtual infrastructure. You will drive best practices, supervise on-site crews, and coordinate MACs with the DCIT calendar. The role requires strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration across facilities.

You will lead audits, ensure compliance with ISO 27001/9001 and TIA/EIA-942, and manage daily operations, reporting, and escalation. Travel and on-site leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in telecommunications or related technical field.
• Experience in data centers operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Directly support and coordinate all scheduled data center MACs.
• Implement cable work order MACs, testing, and certification.
• Asset auditing and daily error logs.
• Provide equipment installation MACs and cable connections.
• Maintain safe operating environment and ISO/IEC certifications.
• Develop and monitor performance measures for audit compliance.
