Job summary

IES, a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services, seeks a Crew Lead - Data Center Services to supervise on-site crew activities and coordinate MACs as per DCIT calendar. The role drives best-practice standards into daily procedures and maintains safety and documentation.

You will oversee asset installation, secure cabling, perform smart-hands support, and manage field logistics while ensuring compliance with ISO/TIA standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in data centers or related technical field.
• General knowledge of telecom/IP equipment and software configurations.
• Must be able to interpret blueprints and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduled data center MACs and on-site supervisor duties.
• Provide equipment installation MACs and labeling, power connections.
• Maintain asset logs, daily error reports and DCIM records.
• Support on-site hardware and network troubleshooting at height/industrial spaces.
• Prepare documentation and participate in audits and compliance tasks.
