Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager to lead field and project operations for data center deployments across multiple sites. You will oversee workforce planning, project execution, safety compliance, and customer coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in mission-critical environments.

You will manage field teams and subcontractors, translate scope into deployment plans, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while upholding OSHA/NFPA 70E standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight to twelve years of data center construction, deployment, commissioning, or mission-critical environments.
• Experience managing field operations across multi-site projects and coordinating with vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead field and project operations for data center deployments, expansions, fit-outs, upgrades, and infrastructure installation projects
• Oversee rack and stack deployments, structured cabling, low voltage installations, electrical systems, and related mission-critical work
• Manage field teams, deployment leads, subcontractor coordination, and vendor activities
• Forecast labor requirements and workforce scaling based on project pipeline
• Translate project scope into executable deployment plans, schedules, and logistics
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA NFPA 70E and customer safety expectations
