Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years working in data centers or related technical field required.
• Strong knowledge of telecom/IP equipment and software configurations.
• Experience with documenting processes and audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly support and coordinate all scheduled data center MACs based on DCIT calendar.
• Implement MACs, testing, certification, and assist with BOM and scope docs.
• Maintain asset audit logs and daily error reports.
• Provide equipment installation MACs including labeling and power wiring.
• Perform on-site cleaning and maintain safe, compliant data center operations.
• Prepare status reports on service availability, performance and capacity.
