Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Lead - Infrastructure to act as on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for voice and data installation projects. You will ensure completion per safety and quality standards while maintaining staff efficiency.

The role involves supervising crews, coordinating with the Project Manager, performing site paperwork, and serving as the primary on-site customer contact. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of electrician/related technical field experience.
• Minimum of six (6) months supervisory/managerial experience.
• Must be able to terminate fiber.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Ability to read blueprints and project documents, including specifications and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead major project crews and provide required training; ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure productivity, completion, and budget compliance.
• Complete all project paperwork on time (timesheets, work orders, change orders, etc.).
• Perform quality checks and prepare red-lined as-built drawings.
• Serve as main on-site customer contact for questions or meetings.
