Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of data communications experience preferred.
• Experience with Cisco/Avaya IP phones and network equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform rack and stack tasks.

Responsibilities

• Patch cabling between network equipment and customer network.
• Install power cables from equipment to power supply in rack/cabinet.
• Install, troubleshoot and de-install network equipment.
• Install or swap devices including phones, computers and switches.
• Perform MAC requests and maintain inventory records.
• Provide hardware break-fix services for network infrastructure.
• Participate in 24/7 on-site coverage with various shift schedules.
