Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Shift Technician to manage and resolve daily work orders across a 24/7 operation. You will maintain logs in the in-house system and ensure safety and security compliance for contractors and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience. Expect rotating day/night shifts and strong teamwork in a critical environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of related experience considered in lieu of diploma.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a 24/7 shift.
• Ability to work day and night shifts, with rotating schedule and some unsociable hours.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day work orders and maintain timely completion in a 24/7/365 operation.
• Maintain up-to-date log of completed and outstanding work items in the in-house system.
• Ensure safety and security requirements are followed by all contractors and staff.
• Communicate effectively with client and management teams and participate in the training program.
