Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Network Operations Lead to oversee hardware repair, splicing, testing and maintenance across large-scale environments. You will diagnose complex issues using CLI tools, lead a field-based technician team, and coordinate escalations with the Service Manager.

This hands-on leadership role requires experience with fiber, server, storage and network hardware, 24/7 operations, and travel up to 10% domestically.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline or equivalent hands‑on experience in data center operations or IT support.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support, hardware diagnostics, and repair in enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of people management, supervisory, team lead, mentoring, or equivalent experience demonstrating increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field-based technical teams in fast-paced operational environments.
• Coordinate workload distribution, ticket queue oversight, staffing coverage, escalation triage, adherence to processes and SLAs.
• Maintain documentation for incident resolution and repair procedures.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Lead teams daily, assign workloads, ensure alignment with project priorities and productivity targets.
