Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a Data Center Network Operations Lead to oversee and support hardware repair, troubleshooting, and fiber optic deployment in large-scale, mission-critical environments. You will lead a team of technicians, manage escalations, and ensure SLA-driven service delivery, reporting to the Service Manager.

The role requires extensive CLI diagnostics, hands-on hardware expertise, and up to 10% travel domestically. A technical degree and 5+ years in IT support are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent hands-on data center experience.
• 5+ years in IT support, hardware diagnostics, and enterprise repair.
• 2+ years in people management or team leadership.
• Strong CLI, NIC, power, and server hardware troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based technical teams across multiple sites to deliver SLA-driven support.
• Oversee hardware repair, diagnostics, and repair procedures on server/storage/network gear.
• Coordinate workload, escalations, and daily service delivery.
• Maintain documentation of incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure safety and quality standards during operations.
