Job summary

Strong CLI diagnostics and experience with Cisco platforms are essential. The role involves rotating shifts for 24/7/365 operations and may require up to 10% travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years in IT support, hardware diagnostics, and repair in enterprise environments.
• 2+ years in people management or team lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based technical teams and coordinate workload across sites.
• Supervise technicians, conduct regular meetings, and drive performance against targets.
• Manage ticket queues, SLA adherence, and escalation processes.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance for fiber, server, storage, and network hardware.
