EOS IT Solutions seeks a Data Center Network Operations Lead in Cheyenne, WY to oversee and drive 24/7/365 hardware repair, fiber splicing, testing, and network problem resolution. The role leads field technicians, coordinates escalations, and ensures SLA-driven service across server, storage, and network hardware.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years IT support experience in enterprise environments, 2+ years in people management, and strong CLI and diagnostic skills.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years IT support in enterprise environments.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Proficient with CLI tools (Cisco CLI, Linux shell).
• Experience diagnosing fiber, server, storage, and network hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field-based technical teams at the site.
• Manage workload, ticket queues, escalations, and SLAs.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting across server, storage, and network hardware.
• Support fiber splicing, testing, and maintenance.
