Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead network infrastructure and cabling projects at a site. The role requires development, management, customer engagement, and leadership across the program.

Key duties include scheduling, cost control, risk management, client presentations, and preparing proposals and budgets for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and 10+ years of related experience.
• Proven ability to deliver mission critical programs on time and within budget.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience building and leading teams.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the program schedule and manage milestones to meet targets.
• Estimate costs, prepare design efforts and value engineering.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and staff; prepare contracts and invoices.
• Direct and supervise project team on site and office.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
