Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a traveling role focused on delivering data center and cabling projects.

You will lead the site-based operations, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets are met for multiple deployments. The role requires a strong background in construction management or data center environments, with proven leadership, client engagement, and vendor coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management or similar experience.
• 10+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling.
• Track record of delivering mission critical programs on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• BICSI RCDD or similar telecommunications certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects within a site.
• Establish program schedules and meet targets for schedule, cost, functionality, and safety.
• Consult with clients, deliver presentations, estimate costs, write proposals, and manage costs.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget project activities and resources.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to complete project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations and manage risk and quality control.
