Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to drive delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects within a site. You will develop schedules, manage costs, engage clients, and lead teams to meet schedule, quality, and safety targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–3+ years in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling, with proficiency in MS Office and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management or similar experience.
• 1-3+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling environment.
• Track record of delivering mission critical programs on time, within budget, and to build, quality, and safety standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; contract negotiation and administration experience is a plus.
• Experience in leading teams and client engagement; PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop program schedule and milestones; ensure targets align with customer goals.
• Evaluate materials, propose constructability improvements, and assist cost estimates.
• Schedule projects and manage labor requirements; coordinate with site teams.
• Prepare contracts, revisions, and manage procurement and vendor relationships.
• Oversee safety, quality assurance, and project documentation; communicate status to stakeholders
