Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of data center network infrastructure projects. You will assist in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with client teams and internal partners to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

The role requires collaboration across engineering, operations, and procurement, with on-site leadership and a focus on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management, or similar experience.
• 1-3+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling.
• PMI/PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in delivering mission-critical programs on time and within budget.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic project cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities for construction projects.
• Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and manage project financials.
• Develop program schedules and key milestones to meet customer goals.
• Coordinate with design, construction, network, and facility partners.
• Supervise team members on-site and in the office; ensure safety and quality.
