Job summary

CBRE seeks a Project Manager to lead delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects. You will develop schedules, monitor costs, quality, and safety, and engage clients with strategic proposals. The role requires strong leadership, coordination across teams, and on-site management to ensure successful project outcomes.

The PM will prepare contracts, oversee procurement, and direct the project team and vendors to meet milestones and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management or similar experience.
• 5+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling.
• Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects within a site.
• Develop program schedules and ensure targets for schedule, cost, quality and safety are met.
• Consult with clients, deliver presentations, and propose enhancements or new services.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and manage cost tracking and billing.
• Supervise project team on site and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and staff.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and quality assurance programs across projects.
