Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects at a site. The role requires development, management, customer engagement, and leadership across the project lifecycle.

The PM will establish schedules, manage resources, estimate costs, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, management, engineering or construction fields.
• 10+ years in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling.
• PM experience delivering on-time, on-budget programs.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish program schedule and meet targets for schedule, cost, quality, safety, and satisfaction.
• Consult with clients, deliver presentations, and prepare proposals.
• Direct and supervise on-site project management and team.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare budgets, cost tracking, and reporting.
