Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an Infrastructure Repair Technician to support our data center operations in Virginia. You will diagnose and repair servers, storage, and network devices, perform component replacements, and document all work in the ticketing system while ensuring quick turnarounds.

The role requires 2+ years of hardware and networking experience, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware problems on servers, storage systems, and network devices.
• Repair and replacement of faulty components (server hardware, storage, network devices).
• Manage and close tickets in a timely manner with proper documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and maintain data center equipment and inventory.
• Participate in on-call rotation and travel up to 15%.
