Job summary

HCLTech is looking for an Infrastructure Repair Technician in Los Lunas, New Mexico. You will play a vital role in ensuring infrastructure and equipment operate seamlessly within our data center. This includes troubleshooting hardware problems, managing repairs, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and networking, with at least 2 years of related experience, along with excellent problem-solving skills. A flexible schedule is required, including the possibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical background in computer hardware and networking.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve hardware problems on servers and network devices.
