Job summary

WAGO Corporation is seeking a Data Center Business Lead to directly manage our Data Center BDMs and head the Industry Management function.

You will align regional and global stakeholders while steering WAGO toward scalable growth across hyperscale, colocation, OEM, and major end-user segments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in industrial automation, electrical connectivity, controls, or adjacent technologies.
• Proven track record of managing market-facing professionals and aligning execution to strategy.
• Ability to create structure in evolving markets and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BDM team with clear objectives, responsibilities and territory coverage.
• Coordinate pipeline reviews, strategic account planning, and capability building.
• Align BDM resources with Industry Management to act as a single cross-functional team.
• Develop succession pipelines and evaluate talent needs for long-term growth.
• Define regional strategy and translate it into multi-year roadmaps with milestones.
• Manage executive relationships and shape partnerships to extend market access.
