Job summary

SYNDEO Wireless is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Business Development Manager to grow our connectivity solutions across DataCenters, Warehouses, Manufacturing, and other large-scale industrial environments. You will build relationships with facility owners, developers, operators, and general contractors, identifying projects and developing channel partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or related role.
• Experience selling into datacenters, manufacturing, warehouses, logistics, or industrial facilities.
• Existing relationships within datacenter, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, AEC, or construction ecosystems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within DataCenters, Warehouses, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Industrial facilities.
• Build relationships with facility owners, developers, operators, datacenter executives, industrial companies, and contractors.
• Identify upcoming projects where SYNDEO can provide connectivity solutions.
• Develop referral and channel relationships with AEC firms, consultants, integrators, technology providers, and construction partners.
• Prospect through outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events, and existing relationships.
• Lead initial conversations and discovery meetings with prospective customers and partners.
• Understand customer challenges and connect them with SYNDEO solutions.
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through qualification and handoff to sales/project teams.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline activity, notes, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, presentations, and proposals.
• Follow up to ensure opportunities progress and do not fall through.
• Work with engineering, sales, and project teams to develop the right solution.
• Monitor market activity and identify new facilities and expansion opportunities.
• Represent SYNDEO at industry events and networking opportunities.
