Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or technical field.
• Minimum three years in direct B2B sales in a technical environment.
• Experience with data centers, HVAC, or controls preferred.
• Strong electromechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of group presentations.
• Tenacity, professionalism, teamwork, and customer-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Call on building automation companies, mechanical contractors, distributors, and engineers.
• Provide proactive post-order support to customers and partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop sales strategies.
• Deliver responsive local service and support for Bray products.
• Promote Bray Commercial Division products through calls and presentations.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and project execution.
• Document and manage relationships and opportunities in Bray CRM.
• Monitor district activity and pursue new construction opportunities.
• Aim to meet and exceed territory sales goals.
