Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales-related experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, building systems and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret mechanical plans and specifications.
• Ability to travel as required and operate a vehicle.
• Proven ability to influence decisions at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory of owners, end-users, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop sales plans and pursue opportunities for HVAC equipment.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, specs and presentations.
• Explain technical aspects to customers to ensure understanding.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and legal to close deals.
• Ensure smooth turnover from sales to operations and monitor progress.
