The role emphasizes building strong relationships with decision makers, expanding market penetration, and collaborating with the Service Sales team to support regional growth and energy-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience or equivalent education/experience in a construction environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Commercial HVAC/mechanical and energy conservation.
• Ability to multi-task and follow instructions with attention to detail.
• May require post-offer background checks and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with customers, owners, and property management decision makers.
• Grow business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Close deals to promote business development and growth.
• Sell preventive maintenance packages and service agreements to commercial/industrial clients.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers; manage workload under deadlines.
