Qualifications

• Tech‑savvy with Microsoft applications; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly revenue forecasting and drive service agreement growth.
• Oversee service coordination and training across the district.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high customer satisfaction across sites.
• Lead recruitment, coaching and development of service staff.
