Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a hands-on Digital Area Service Manager in the Upper Midwest to lead all Digital Services, including repairs, upgrades, service agreements, and installations across customer sites. You will partner with sales to deliver timely support, coordinate field activities, recruit and develop technicians, and manage pricing, invoicing, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in building automation/BAS or related technical field.
• 3+ years managing and coaching teams.
• Strong project management and startup/commissioning experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide P&L oversight and revenue forecasting for digital services.
• Manage budgets/overheads including fleet, tools, and safety equipment.
• Lead service coordination, scheduling, and field execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive talent development and coaching for the digital services team.
• Ensure margin and cash flow through invoicing, pricing, and cost control.
