Trane Technologies is seeking an Area Service Manager in Latham, NY to lead service, upgrades, and installation activities for our customer base. You will manage field operations, pricing support, and technician development to deliver value and improve customer outcomes.

The role requires strong HVAC expertise, team leadership, and project coordination across service contracts and installations, with travel to customer sites and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC or related field.
• 3+ years managing large teams and scheduling.
• Project management skills for startups and customer requests.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilités

• P&L responsibility and monthly revenue forecasting.
• Drive service agreement base growth and turnkey growth with sales.
• Oversee field service coordination, training, and scheduling of technicians.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance within the team.
• Improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and cash flow.
