Job summary

Trane Technologies in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Area Service Manager to lead all activities around service repair, upgrades, service agreements, and installation of new equipment for customers. You will work with sales on pricing, coordinate field service, recruit and develop technicians, manage invoicing and customer satisfaction, and ensure safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HVAC or related field.
• 3+ years experience managing and coaching large teams.
• Project management skills to oversee and drive successful projects.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft applications; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record within last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility with monthly revenue forecasting and growth of service agreements.
• Budget control over overhead items (fleet, uniforms, tools, safety equipment).
• Risk mitigation in service agreements and turnkey projects.
• Oversee service coordination to respond quickly to customers and balance technician training.
• Develop employees through coaching, training, and performance management.
