Job summary

F6 Data Solutions is seeking Field Service Technicians to support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mission-critical cooling systems used in hyperscale data centers across the United States. This hands-on role requires diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, with travel up to 100% depending on project needs.

You will perform startup checks, assist with commissioning tests, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' experience working with HVAC, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Support startup and commissioning activities for cooling systems (CRAH, IRHX, DAHU).
• Perform troubleshooting with minimal supervision and assist senior technicians.
• Verify equipment installation and piping connections.
• Identify system performance issues and document findings.
• Assist with startup checklists and field reports.
• Coordinate with startup leads and maintain documentation.
